Padilla Series 68

Herberto Padilla published his book 'Fuego del Juego' (Out of the Game) in 1968, a book that was to win him awards on the one hand but, because of comments made in the book, imprisonment and torture at the hand of Castro on the other. The Series 68 were named by Ernesto Padilla in honor of that date. They are a premium boutique brand of cigar made by Tabacalera Aguilar in their Honduran factory from Nicaraguan Cuban-seed filler tobaccos with Corojo wrappers. They provide a medium to full bodied smoke with a sweet and slightly spicy flavor.
